Church Picnic -- August 5, 2001

Christian Life Camp -- July 6-11, 2001
Albright Camp, Reed City, MI

We arrived Friday and had a cookout in the evening.  Saturday, we enjoyed activities like floating down the river on tubes, canoeing, wall climbing, Bible study sessions, crafts, making s'mores at the campfire, and simply enjoying one another's company.  On Sunday we began with a worship service outdoors.  Later, we had a "Water Olympics" competition in the pool.  At about 10 pm, after it became dark out, we played our annual game of Capture the Flag.  Monday, we took a trip to the beach in Ludington, which is on Lake Michigan.  The weather was hot and sunny, and the water was (very) cold -- but definitely refreshing.
